In the event you are unhappy with an illustration completed from your photo(s), the artwork will be revised or completely recreated to further meet your expectations. All products other than original artwork may be returned for a full refund. IV. Refunds... If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason after you have received it, the item(s) may be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
