Q. How long will it take to receive my artwork?
A. In most cases, for an order consisting of one standard image, artwork will be completed and shipped in about 3 weeks. This may vary depending on the demand at that time and how many orders need to be completed. Generally, 3 weeks is the maximum time it will take. You will be updated throughout the processing of your order so you'll know when to expect it. I certainly don't want to keep you wondering where it is, is it ever coming, what's taking so long... in the event that there is a delay.

Q. Where do you ship to?
A. Currently I am only shipping to US and Canada.

Q. How will my artwork be shipped to me?
A. Artwork is usually shipped Priority by the USPS. This is an inexpensive option which is reliable and relatively quick. It keeps your final shipping cost down as much as possible.

Q. Is insurance included in the cost of shipping?
A. For regular orders of standard sized artwork, insurance is included in shipping. For any orders that are larger in size or higher in value due to the complexity of the order, extra charges may be assessed for insurance at the request of the consumer.

Q. What if my package is damaged during shipping?
A. If your package is damaged in shipping causing harm to the artwork, you may return it and have the art recreated at no extra charge.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping on standard sized orders is $6.99, which is in addition to the total cost of your artwork. This includes the packing materials used, the time involved in packaging and the cost of shipping.

Q. Can I pay extra for express shipping?
A. I don't have a specific fee calculated for express shipping. In the event that express shipping is necessary, I will determine the exact cost based on the details of each specific order.

Q. Is it faster to have my caricature sent by email?
A. Regardless of how you receive your artwork, the time taken to create it remains the same. By having it sent digitally, however, you do eliminate the time spent in transit between shipping and delivery. This time generally varies between 3-5 days but may take longer.

Q. Do you offer rush service for tight deadlines?
A. Depending on the order details at the time of inquiry, it may be possible to move a request up on the list in order to meet a tight deadline. There will be an additional fee for this service if I feel I am able to accomodate the request. The fee for rush service will vary depending on the specific request and my workload at that current time. I do my very best to work out a solution for every situation, but I do get requests from time to time that there just physically isn't enough time to squeeze into my schedule and guarantee completion by the required deadline. So please do not rely on the possibility or a rush order, but definitely contact me before ordering and I will be more than happy to evaluate your request and see if I can offer a solution.
