Q. What if I'm not happy with
the liknesses of people in my artwork?
A. If you don't think that the drawing of mom really looks like
mom, we'll fix it for you at no extra charge. It can be difficult sometimes
to get a very accurate idea of what a person looks like from one photo,
especially if it isn't the best quality. This is why we recommend sending
a few pictures of your subjects whenever possible. Though it rarely
happens, there have been one or two situations where a nose needed a
bit of tweaking or a hair style wasn't quite long enough. But don't
worry, just let us know and we will make revisions and send you a new
preview.
Q. What if I receive my artwork
and then decide I want changes made?
A. The artwork preview page is in place to prevent this from
happening, but if you should receive your caricature or portrait and
realize that it just doesn't wuite look like it did on the monitor,
send it back and we can make adjustments. We will refund the cost of
shipping to you once we receive the return. The art will be adjusted
or completely redone if necessary, and shipped back to you at no additional
charge to you.
Q. What if I want changes made
to my artwork after I see the preview online?
A. If you view your caricature or portrait online and think something
isn't quite right, or it isn't what you were looking for, let us know
at that time and we will make revisions and send you a new preview page
for your approval.
Q. What if I have a deadline
and I don't get my art on time to meet it?
A. At the time of ordering, if it doesn't look like it will be
possible to meet your deadline, we will let you know. If we do accept
the order and intend to meet your deadline but do not suceed, you can
choose to cancel the order and we will stop at the current point in
the creation process and refund 100% of your purchase price. Or if you
prefer, we can continue and will ship the art as soon as it's ready.
Q. If I receive my art and decide
that I'm not happy with it, can I return it for a refund?
A. If you receive your art and it just doesn't meet your expectations
for some reason, we ask that you let us attempt to redo the art to better
fit your specifications before we issue a refund. If we still can't
get it and you prefer a refund, we will return 100% of your purchase
price.
Q. How many times will you make
corrections to my art?
A. As many times as it takes to achieve what you're looking for.
No additional fees will be charged at any point, and we will do it with
a smile.
